Our Company was originally incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on 20thSeptember,1995 as Lotus Capital Financial Services Private Limited. Pursuant to Shareholders Resolution our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to “Lotus Capital Financial Services Limited”. Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to such change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal vide certificate dated 10thAugust,2005.
LCFSL is primarily focused in providing inter corporate loans, personal loans and investments in securities and trading in securities.
